Data on The Benefits of Semen Retention
We’ve all heard stories of the infinite benefits of semen retention… but what about actual data? I decided to do some research and find some – because there isn’t much out there… Today, I’m happy to share my findings with you – in the form of some awesome before/after graphs.
To be up front, this data is not part of a peer-reviewed study… It’s data I collected from the men who went through my 7-day Semen Retention Foundations course. But I do have a background in statistics & research from my undergraduate degree, and I did my best to make everything you’re about to read as accurate and unbiased as possible.
How the data was collected…
On day 1 of the 7-day course, before any exercises or instruction began, I asked men to fill out a survey of 11 questions. Then after the end of the 7th day (and before they ejaculated), I asked them to fill out the same exact set of questions. The graphs below show the before and after data for all 11 questions.

This is what the survey questions looked like:
I wanted to cover a variety of areas that semen retention impacts. Everything from life happiness and confidence, to sexual energy awareness and the ability to actually harness and utilize sexual energy (sexual energy transmutation).

- “I am able to confidently interact with people I am attracted to on a daily basis.”

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what the data would show… When I created the Semen Retention Foundations course (the course that the data on this page was drawn from), it was because over 4,000 men had completed my free 7-day semen retention challenge, and I had received hundreds of personal emails from these men who told me about how their lives had improved (over those 7 days and beyond). I wanted to create something more in-depth than my free challenge. Something that would give men everything they needed to practice semen retention in a healthy and powerful way, that also wouldn’t require them to retain for 21 days or more…
And I’m glad I did, because the data on this page supports what I’ve been saying: you can experience the benefits of semen retention in just 7 days!
And for the sake of transparency:
My sample size was small (only 61 men for the first group). Ideally there would be thousands of guys going through this process. In hindsight, I wish I had set this questionnaire up for my free challenge so I could have data from 4000+ men.
Also, there’s something to be said for when people pay for an experience. Pretty much all the research out there shows that when people pay for an experience, they get more from it. For example, here’s a quote from a guy who did this course:
“The exercises really helped formulate a practical framework for moving the energy which used to feel painful and tight in my pelvis during prior SR attempts. I also really appreciate the goal setting part of this course. I always ignored that advice when given it. But paying for this course made me actually follow through and it really helped anchor me when I have struggled with urges.” – Sam
I like that he said “Paying for this course made me actually follow through…” There’s wisdom here, and this wisdom is why I like to pay full price for things that I really want to master.
Also, back to the transparency piece, to make this research more legit I would have needed to have at least two control groups. A control group for example could have been a different group of 61 men who did reflective journaling every day for 7 days, without focus on sexual energy or semen retention – to compare the data points from the semen retention group and the reflective journaling group. Also, it’d be nice to have a third group of 61 men who did nothing over these 7 days, to see if they somehow magically improved in all areas of their life by doing nothing (to compare all 3 data sets).
