What Five Days of Real Training Actually Looks Like
This isn’t theory.
Over five days in the mountains of Asheville, you’ll train alongside a group of committed men through primal movement, advanced somatic practices, embodied leadership training, and real-time feedback.
You’ll expand your sexual capacity and unwind patterns that may have held you back from fully stepping into your leadership.
This work happens through five core training areas we’ll step into together throughout the retreat.

Embodied Leadership Training
We won’t just talk about leading β we’ll practice it every day. Initiating. Directing. Holding energy under pressure. Being challenged while you lead β so you bring real skill back into your life, not just insight.

Primal Movement & Physical Challenge
Every day we’ll practice animal-based movement, strength work, and martial arts-inspired partner drills β to wake up the wild animal you truly are. It will be intense, physical, and genuinely fun.

Nervous System Training
Through advanced somatic practices, you’ll learn how your body reacts under pressure β and how to stay steady instead of tightening or trying to control. You’ll also learn how to receive deeply without losing yourself.

Shame Release Work
You’ll be guided through processes to unwind sexual shame and the unconscious patterns that have quietly limited your sexual expression & leadership. You’ll learn to own your desires β cleanly, confidently, without apology.

Sexual Energy Training

Meet Your Instructor
Taylor Johnson has spent over seven years working directly with men to develop sexual capacity, embodied confidence, and leadership. He has guided over 1,000 men through this work β in online programs, workshops, and in-person retreats.
His approach is physical, direct, and rooted in both somatic leadership training and established sexual development traditions, including:
- Somatic Leadership Training: Embodied decision-making and intentional action under pressure.

The retreat property is surrounded by forest, with a beautiful river running through the land, swimming areas, hot tubs, and miles of hiking trails.

One month before the retreat, you'll receive a set of guided exercises to prepare your body, mind & nervous system for the work we'll do together in-person. We don't start from zero β we start from readiness. Two weeks before the retreat, the group will meet live in a video conference to begin building cohesion & group practice.
During

Why I Teach This Work…
If you’re considering joining this retreat, I want you to know something about me.
I’ve struggled with just about every sexual challenge most modern men face. Premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, porn addiction, sexual anxiety, deep shame, fear of expressing my desires, fear of approaching women I was attracted to, fear of being “toxic,” and uncertainty around how to sexually ravish & dominate women (in the ways they have deeply wanted in my consensual relationships)…
So please know that whatever I guide you through is informed by all the teachers I’ve studied with, the best science available, AND my own humbling journey to overcome what felt like impossible challenges – so I could actually thrive in sex.
And Iβm still learning.
After I overcame my main sexual challenges when I was younger (PE, ED, porn addiction, anxiety etc), I realized that while I could have great sex, there was still something missing – something essential I still needed as a manβ¦
Shame, hesitation, and a lack of full ownership of my desires still held me back.
And I realized something important.
I didnβt just need better sexual skills. I needed leadership training.
So I enrolled in a number of in-person leadership development programs (where I trained alongside very high-achieving humans & CEOs of major companies), and when I started to practice bringing those concepts into the sexual realms, I realized this was one of the most important missing pieces in all the sexuality training I had taken, practiced and later led.
Today, as I imagine heading into this retreat with you, I feel thrilled to guide you through some of the most incredible processes I know β to help you grow into the sexually thriving man you know you can be β in a way that creates lasting change.

What You Should Know Before Applying
Clear answers to the most common questions men ask before joining.
Is this retreat sexual?
There are no exercises involving sexual touch between participants. Sexual activity between participants is not permitted. We gather to build sexual capacity and leadership β so you can bring that increased capacity back into your own intimate life outside of the retreat.
Will there be nudity?
There will be two specifically structured and educational exercises during the retreat where nudity is optional for the purpose of personal development. Participation in any exercise involving nudity is always optional. Outside of retreat programming, nudity is optional when swimming in designated private areas of the property.
What kind of men usually attend?
Men 25-55, professionals, entrepreneurs, growth-oriented.Β
Do I need previous experience with this kind of work?
No. Beginners and experienced practitioners will both benefit from this training.
However, this is not an entry-level or technique-based program. You will be challenged to grow. Previous experience with personal development, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, or menβs work may deepen your experience β but it is not required.
How physically demanding will this be?
The primal movement practices are designed to be physically challenging, but they can be adjusted to meet most physical needs/limitations.
What if I'm single? (Or in relationship)?
This training will serve you well – regardless of relationship status.
If youβre single, youβll build skills and capacity to bring into future relationships. If youβre partnered, youβll have a direct arena in your life to apply what you build.
Will there be physical contact with other men?
Yes. Many exercises include non-sexual physical contact as part of embodied leadership training. All touch is structured, intentional, and clearly guided.
Is this a βfeel-goodβ relaxation retreat?
No. This retreat will challenge you. You will feel discomfort in certain exercises β thatβs part of growth. Leadership is built by facing your edges, not avoiding them. There will be downtime for rest and restoration, but the primary focus is training and expansion.
What does a typical day look like?
- Morning movement practice

What are the accommodations like?
Participants will stay in a private mountain lodge 40 minutes outside Asheville. The lodge is beautiful, and is a deeply inspiring structure to be in. Premium shared rooms include one king or queen bed (2 men per room, 1 man per bed). Additional participants will stay in a comfortable bunk room, or may choose to camp onsite. All accommodations include access to shared bathrooms, common spaces, and the full retreat property.
What about dietary needs?
Meals will be prepared onsite by a professional chef. We can accommodate the vast majority of dietary needs. After acceptance and deposit, youβll receive a form to submit any dietary requirements.
Is this therapy?
No.This retreat is educational and experiential in nature, and Taylor is not a licensed therapist. While emotional material may arise during training, this is not a therapy program or clinical treatment environment. If you are in active psychological crisis or require stabilizing therapeutic support, this retreat is not a substitute for professional care, and this retreat will not be a good fit for you.
Travel logistics & retreat location?
Travel (flights and ground transportation) is the responsibility of the participant. The closest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), approximately 1 hour from the property. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately 3 hours away. Detailed travel information will be provided upon acceptance.
Cancellation Policy?
The $750 deposit is non-refundable. Your payment(s) beyond the deposit are non-refundable. If you need to cancel and your spot can be filled from the waitlist, you may receive a refund minus the deposit. Please apply only if you are prepared to fully commit.
In the event that the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizerβs control (including natural disaster, government restrictions, or venue emergency), all payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be retained to cover preparation, administrative, and pre-retreat programming costs. However, you may apply the deposit as a credit toward a future retreat or training within 12 months.
