15-Minute Guided Breathwork

For optimized sleep:

  • Listen to the audio-only version below (not the video)
  • Do this in bed with the lights off, just before sleep
  • Breathe in fully through your nose, with ease
  • When you exhale, breathe out fully, and sink as deeply into your bed as possible.

    For optimized relaxation:

    • You can watch the guided video
    • Follow the guidance arrows on the right side
    • Prioritize breathing through your nose
    • Maximized the video to full screen to minimize distractions
    • Shut your screen immediately after the video so you can enjoy the benefits of this practice
