15-Minute Guided Breathwork
For optimized sleep:
- Listen to the audio-only version below (not the video)
- Do this in bed with the lights off, just before sleep
- Breathe in fully through your nose, with ease
- When you exhale, breathe out fully, and sink as deeply into your bed as possible.
For optimized relaxation:
- You can watch the guided video
- Follow the guidance arrows on the right side
- Prioritize breathing through your nose
- Maximized the video to full screen to minimize distractions
- Shut your screen immediately after the video so you can enjoy the benefits of this practice
